Refund And Cancellation Policy

At Limras Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or cancel an order, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Cancellation Policy

Time Frame: You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it.

Refund Processing: Canceled orders will be refunded within 10 to 15 days.

COD Orders: An additional charge of ₹100 will apply to COD orders

2. Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

Condition: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at  limrasgallery@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).

4. Preparing Your Return

Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Label: Attach the return shipping label provided by us. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the package.

5. Shipping Your Return

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Address: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as non-returnable
